Jan 2009 - Jun 2010
Managed all day-to-day operations from commodity receiving, production, and
distribution for more than 350,000 tons of Poultry feed annually.
Supervised a staff of 90 employees and effectively administered a
$325,000,000 commodity/ingredient and operations budget. Implemented Q.C.
program and coordinated numerous capital improvement projects, employee
training programs and safety programs.
Hatchery Plant Manager - Foster Farms LLC, Fresno, CA
2005 - 2008
Managed the day-to-day operations for all hatching production and cost
accounting for one of the largest chicken hatcheries in the United States,
with over 156,000,000 million birds annually between two separate
facilities. Responsible for 75 employees. Provided oversight for an eight
million dollar facilities expansion, increasing capacity and upgraded
automation. Created and implemented Hatchery HACCP Program, Standard
Operating Procedures, Hazardous Energy Control Procedures, and Job Safety

Coordinated the day-to-day operations for all hatching, servicing and cost
accounting for 42 million chicks annually from two different facilities.
Managed regional chick delivery in Oregon, Washington, and Canada.
Supervised 60 employees. Directly responsible for maintenance, sanitation,
and quality control departments to maximize performance and quality while
controlling costs.
