To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to submit my Career Profile for your review in consideration
for employment opportunities with your firm. My profile illustrates the
previous five years of employment with Accenture LLC. I feel it important
to mention my position with ETS prior to the department, and my role, being
outsourced to Accenture LLC in January - 2006.
My employment history with ETS resulted in a significant recognition of my
talent, and the progressive promotional environment I experienced. I was
hired as a Graphic Specialist directly supporting the Director of
Publishing Operations in 1996. I was offered the challenge of creating, and
staffing, a Publishing Planning Group in 1998 at a supervisory level. I
accepted and subsequently experienced promotions to Manager and Group
Manager at an assistant director's level of the Publishing Planning Group
prior to Accenture's BPO engagement and re-alignment of this specific part
of the Supply Chain.
My success in the development of a Publishing Planning group included the
staffing, personal staff development, supervision, succession planning,
calibration, training, process authoring and cross management of the two
remaining department groups in the absence of their respective managers;
supporting a thirty million dollar annual budget in publishing
manufacturing and procurement.
The recognition of my measured achievement with ETS, and my frequent
nominations and awards, warranted my being placed on the Accenture PMO
Supply Chain Management Group as part of the BPO re-alignment.
I bring proven experience in MS Office automation; creating business
solutions in the form of automated business tools key to specific business
management and supply chain requirements. My skills in Microsoft Access,
Excel and the integration of Microsoft Office tools are driven through VBA
code (visual basic for applications) and SQL (sequel query language).
I bring a proven ability to listen to business clients and translate their
needs into system/client tool solutions equal in value to my experience in
business, process and staff management.
My abilities allow me to perform all aspects of operations and staff
management, data management including database development, architecture,
analysis and administration for all tools I develop. While I have no
advanced degree my experience is clearly commensurate to a four year
Bachelors Degree. My salary is negotiable.
I am anxious to speak with you regarding this opportunity.
Sincerely Yours,

recognition.
A catalyst to my professional experience includes my proficiency in PC and

design, development and deployment. I am self-taught regarding the
interaction and business application of the Microsoft Office Suite of
products including Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point.
Additionally, I am experienced in the business use and application of the
Adobe Suite of products including Acrobat, In-Design and Photo Shop.
Career Experience:
ACCENTURE . PMO
EWING, NEW JERSEY . DECEMBER, 2005 TO August 31, 2010
Data & Metrics Specialist/PMO Change Agent:
. Charged with streamlining the Publishing Freight Invoice Validation
process, averaging to 50,000 records per week, my efforts resulted in
reducing a five day process to a four hour process. The increased
productivity allowed for my continued focus to develop and implement a
variance analysis and reporting process where none had existed prior,
as well as increasing the integrity level of the data being processed
supporting an annual budget of fifteen million dollars in domestic and
international freight activity.
. I was charged with maintaining, collecting and reporting the Client
SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while employed by ETS. The
responsibility remained with me when moved to the Accenture PMO after
ETS' BPO contract re-alignment.
. I successfully redefined the Accenture Publishing Labor Driver process
adjusting the focus and KVIs (Key Volume Indicators) to capture and
collect real time charge applications augmenting the current process.
This effort resulted in a major driver allowing Accenture to
renegotiate, and sign, an unprecedented ten year extension to their
BPO contract equaling more than fifty million dollars in annual gross
charges.
. I played a significant role, as chosen by the client, on the
Accenture/ETS development team to create a Publishing Book-of-Work
(BOW) and data management process for specific program pilots. The BOW
process supported and established Budget, ODC (Outside Direct Charges)
and Labor Cost Driver forecasts where none had previously existed. My
efforts supported a combined annual budget of over seven hundred
thousand gross dollars for three specific strategic business units and
generated an additional one hundred thousand dollars in gross revenue
for Accenture annually.
. My inspection, analysis and determination regarding current processes
resulted in change that better aligned with SLAs and deliverables to
the contracted client. A related growth from these efforts resulted in
the research, development and implementation of 13 interactive multi-
user
MS Access database and MS Excel tools supporting the related Supply
Chain groups for Test and Non-Test Publishing, Quality Control,
Incident Reporting, Vendor Management, Enterprise System Support and
the financial effects of the same.
. My talents, ability and management transformed the basic MS Office
computer package provided by ETS into a parallel infrastructure that
operated the production environment(s) where enterprise level systems
failed to do so.
