Experience:
Materials management:
Processes inventory and delivery of all materials. Help as point of contact for on-site follow-up of discrepancies and
emergent needs. Monitors, and follows up on inventory reports and levels to maintain optimal stock on hand. Implements
policies and procedures aligned with the corporation to ensure consistency and efficiency. Oversees the updating and
maintaining inventory files for all inventories SKU’s, control of warehouse. Keep Communication with Internal Customers,
Develops ongoing communication to include rounding to capture the voice of the customer. Help as the source of problem
solving for internal customers issues. Provide pro-active customer service to exceed the expectations of facility
management. Participate in leadership meetings to represent materials management department. Assist the end user
with all receiving and order requests submitted. Manages on-site staff Schedules the activity of all supervisory staff and
other personnel reporting directly to the materials manager, Provides leadership in the developing additional skills
development, implementation of continued education, and training for all staff. Supervises technical personnel and

Logistics:
Responsible for transportation on border crossing and overseas routes to delivery materials working with global companies as UPS, DHL,
FedEx, Panalpina, Expeditors, etc. working with Customs procedures (NAFTA Procedures) Mexican, USA, Canada and Overseas
(INBOND) importations, experiences in certification for BASF & C-TPAT. Experience working with Local transportation quoting and
negotiation of transportations, LTL, FTL.
Supply Chain Management:
Optimizing the product strategy between North America manufacturing and toll locations to align customer requirements, business
objectives and working capital goals, efficient plant operations and effective cost structure. Coordination of daily supply chain activities and
maintains a direct link to marketing and field sales representatives. Functional responsibility for the Industrial and True Finish Powder
supply chain. Management of the receiving operations, inventory, planning, and transportation to ensure the customer service
requirements are met through a monitoring activities and performance. Direct responsibility of the Planning operations; provide leadership
to drive continuous improvements. Focus on coordination of the activities across all Industrial manufacturing locations including toll-
manufacturing locations. Distribution Departments, shipping, inventory accuracy and freight/warehousing cost management. Lead physical
inventory annually but maintain a strategy to effectively improve inventory accuracy based on cycle count process and to a defined goal.
Coordination of new customer launches and new product introductions, including direct relations with sales and technical on timing and
assessment into production portfolio to ensure customer demands can be met timely and cost effectively within current structure. Manage
working capital with specific traceability of RM and Recoverable Assets efforts managing to goal and quarterly report out to business on
results and subsequent action plan. Ensure optimal procurement of inbound raw materials, reduce costs and increase inventory turnover
while meeting customer service goals. Coordinate efforts in customer service and order servicing including managing sales forecasts and
demand planning. Maintain direct relations to the business and marketing functions for timely data to ensure planning efforts through an
S&OP format. Effectively, stay on the forefront of supply chain to foster internal and customer relations. Manage a product mix portfolio
that defines product line strategies that allow for capacity analysis and productivity. Direct tracking of customer On Time and Full (OTIF)
