Description:
EzStatus is a web application that provides rich user interfaces to track
status of different orders in Verizon. There is a system called Status-Pro
that maintains status of each order placed by the customers. Ezstatus
interacts with Status-Pro and helps user to track the status of the orders.
This application is used by Verizon OM's (Order Managers) to track the
status of the assigned orders. It is a TIN and Order lookup application
where user can navigate to the user associated TIN's or he can search for
the particular Order or a TIN by different filter options provided in the
application. Application also gives user detailed description of pending,
activated and cancelled worklist for that particular user.
