Security Administrator
In the beginning of my position as Security Administrator I was
mainly responsible for providing the user provisioning tasks for a
variety of applications used throughout the company. After Sarbanes
Oxley was introduced to the business world, I was solely
responsible for all the security related Sarbanes Oxley control
objectives.
Each audit year for Sarbanes Oxley, I met all the objectives and
established and enforced security policies, procedures and standards that
assisted with meeting the objectives. I contributed to the success of the
company transitioning from the JD Edwards ERP application to the SAP ERP
application.

Project Technology Analyst
I was hired as a Project Technology Analyst to administer and
implement the Remedy Application for the company. I trained key
I.T. employees and configured the application to meet the needs of
the company.
Successfully implemented the Remedy Application within the timeframe I was
given. Using the Remedy application, I created an electronic security
request form that interfaced into the Remedy application.

Help Desk Technician III
Developed and assisted with the Company Help Desk, computer
installation and maintenance, and other operational projects. I
provided support in the use of Company software applications.
Supervised another Help Desk technician.
I created a database to be used for recording Helpdesk calls. The
information stored in the database could be extracted in report format when
needed. I also created a Web Page for the Helpdesk on the companies
intranet.

Help Desk Support Services Specialist/Team Leader
I advised and assisted users in problem-solving activities using
I.T. tools. I worked very closely with the I.T. staff to identify
problems, problem patterns and solutions.
I went from being the very first Helpdesk employee to being a team leader
of 6 helpdesk employees. When the second level Support Team was
established, I was chosen to lead and facilitate this newly created team.

Computer Operator/Lead Operator
I was responsible for the operation of multiple mainframe computers
working concurrently with shared peripherals, data communication
processors and local area network. I supervised 6 computer
operators. I performed quality control functions for printed
output, database synchronization and on-line response.
After working as a computer operator for one year, I was promoted to the
Lead Operator position. I also created several electronic forms and JDES
for the Xerox 4090 Laser printers.
