Plan, organize, and manage the overall development and construction of new
and renovated residential and commercial construction projects ranging in
value to $7.2 Million. Responsibilities include contract negotiations,
project estimating, project planning, subcontractor contract preparation,
on site supervision, scheduling, managing area superintendents, building
department inspections, subcontractor coordination, job cost control,
budget monitoring change order negotiations and project close out.
Key Projects include:
* Homewood Suites Extended Stay Hotel located in Denver Colorado. A
$7,200,000 four story 117 all suite building consisting of wood
framed structure on a conventional foundation. Extensive owner
furnished material required strict coordination between contractor
provided trades and owner provided fixtures and trades. Integration
of construction documents with hotel brand standards also was
essential in bringing this project to a successful conclusion.
* Quality Hill Townhomes located in Denver Colorado. A $3,900,000 ten
unit townhome project. Zero clearance property lines required tight
coordination between construction activities and the City and
County of Denver ROW.
* Archdiocesan Housing Renovations located at multiple sites in
Denver Colorado. A $1,050,000 renovation of 4 occupied senior
residences. Coordination to insure that modification to medical gas
system was not interrupted at any time. Occupied units at all
locations required strict coordination with tenants as well as
individual property managers to insure minimal disturbance to
residents.

Vice President / General Superintendent
* Buckley Air Force Base, a multiple area task order contract with
the National Guard with projects totaling over $4,000,000.
Building 1000 project consisted of a 10,000 square foot addition to
the emergency ready building. Building 800 project included an HEF
fire suppression system, fire alarm upgrades and electrical
upgrades to the fuel repair and corrosion control hangars. The
Alert Shelters project included an HEF fire suppression system,
fire alarm upgrades, site work and perimeter security facilities
for the Alert fighter jet hangars.
* Springwood Senior Apartments, a $4,600,000 residential project
located in Arvada, Colorado. This project included a three story,
41 unit building and six ranch style duplex units in a senior
housing development.
* P.S. Miller Library, a $3,700,000 commercial project located in
Castle Rock, Colorado. This project involved remodeling an
existing Safeway building to create the new library for Castle Rock
as well as the administrative offices for the Douglas County Public
Library District.
* State Parking Structure, a $5,700,000 precast parking structure for
the State of Wyoming and located in Cheyenne. The structure
includes three levels of parking covering a full city block with
Architectural precast and copper roofing to match the historic
state capitol building located across the street.
* Staybridge Suites Hotel, a $6,400,000 extended stay hotel located
in Glendale, Colorado. This project is a 121 room, four story wood
framed building on a post-tensioned slab foundation. The site for
this building required extensive soil reconditioning due to
previously being used as a landfill.
