HOPE LoanPort, powered by Indisoft's RxOffice Open Architecture and

developed by the HOPE NOW Alliance, is a Web-based tool that streamlines

loan modification applications on behalf of borrowers at-risk of

foreclosure, allowing housing counselors to efficiently transmit completed

applications to mortgage servicers. It also serves as a communication tool

between all stake holders of the loan during the HAMP intake process.

Radian Guaranty, the mortgage insurance subsidiary of Radian Group Inc,

uses Indisoft's RxOffice Reporting portal to facilitate a more efficient

means of communicating between Radian and its outsourced loss mitigation

providers.

Roles

Bill Payment Kiosk:

Payment Kiosks were designed (by NCR) to enable T-Mobile customers to pay

their monthly bills in-store without the assistance of Retail Service

Representative. This service now accepts Cash, Electronic Checks, Credit

Cards and Debit cards.

Retail Point of Sale - 360Commerce Project:

The project was aimed at providing a convenient single interface to the

sales representative for all the complex activities throughout the day in a

store. Customized 360Store Point-of-Sale, 360Store Back-Office and

360Enterprise Central-Office to meet T-Mobile requirements.

Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standard Compliance:

The Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard was created by major

credit card companies to safeguard customer information. Visa, MasterCard,

American Express, and other credit card associations mandate that merchants

and service providers meet certain minimum standards of security when they

store, process and transmit cardholder data. The project was to get all

legacy applications to conform to this standard.

Retail Reinvention:

This is a key Information Technology component of the new Retail Stores.

Retail Portals run in store workstations to provide a common interface and

gateway to a series of customer facing applications and demonstrations. For

these workstations, the portal software provided a common, T-Mobile branded

interface and navigation capabilities.

SimpleComp National Launch:

This project was designed (with the help of Callidus Software) to make

compensation plan administration efficient and painless by putting the

power to implement change in the hands of business user. TrueComp provided

enhanced EIM (Employee Incentive Management) capabilities that made sales

management less complex more effective and more profitable.
