I work in equipment maintenance. I sharpen and replace blades on a f leet of

mowers. I also do many repairs on them as well and other equipment that the

company owns. At this job I have also learned to run a bobcat/skid steer as well as a

B ackhoe. I do t i re repairs on machines and the f leet of t rucks, replacing and doing

patches. I’m also responsible at maintaining the facility lawn care.

Reason for change: Desire for more hours.

I work as a carpet installer. I take measurements and plan carpet outlay, load

carpet, pad, and supplies from t he warehouse. I am able to lift up to 100 lbs. I a lso

i nstall tack strip, padding, stretch and perform final t rimming of carpet and job site

cleanup. I am very detailed and meticulous in my work and follow directions well.

Reason for change: Desire for increased hours and more consistent work.

I worked as a ti le installer. I helped plan ti le outlay and did final measurements. I

checked inventory from the warehouse, loaded tile and supplies from the warehouse

and lifted up to 100 lbs. I performed grouting of tile and job site clean up. I learned

to double check my work and keep a clean work environment.

Reason for leaving: Company changed to laying carpet
