I was employed within the Ministry of Defense in England for 18 Years from July 1991 until December 2009.During
my service I strived to create a work environment that focused on communication, team work and mutual respect.

Professional Experience
April 2007 Dec 2009 Accommodation Stores Officer, Band D
Successfully managed the upkeep and maintenance of an Infantry Training Battalion’s accommodation. Completed all
HR responsibilities for 6 staff members. Resolved all service issues with multiple contractors and customers.
Delegated and supervised regular stock checks and successfully carried out investigative and remedial action on
discrepancies. Developed spreadsheets on repairs and availability of accommodation, ensuring 100% accuracy were
maintained. Utilized learned interview techniques to hire 2 new members of staff.
January 2003 April 2007 Army School of Ceremonial, Stores Officer Band D
Ensured all equipment and accommodation for 50 students and 10 Staff was kept to the highest standard of repair.
Implemented HR procedures for staff, maintained contracts for the repair and purchase of replacement equipment
ensuring best value for money practices. Carried out regular stock checks on inventory and completed investigative
and remedial action on discrepancies. To further my education I attended various in house courses to advance my
skills as a new manager.

Organized the distribution of equipment to military units and civilian contractors. Prioritizing loads into operational
and training needs and ensured expedient delivery of items. Supervised the compliance of Health and Safety and
Human Resources regulations for 10 Staff. Promoted to senior storekeeper and deputized as manager during periods
of absence. I passed all internal exams for promotion to management grade.

Prioritized the issue and parts to the appropriate area, used detailed and organizational record keeping on stock
keeping and reconciliation. Carrying out weekly, monthly and quarterly stock checks of stock held and carrying out

workshop.
