Human Resources Specialist - Human Resources Department, Primary
responsibilities include daily input into HRIS Cyborg system of new hire
set up maintaining all employee records. Position tracking; Managing
personnel files and records required by State and Federal employment laws
and City of Winston-Salem policies; Processing and reviewing of Audit
reports and weekly distribution; Update organizational charts; update of
monthly newsletter publication; maintain confidentiality and special
projects as assigned. Entry of salary and payroll changes of employee of
employee records. Retiree information updates and state pension processing;
termination of employee process, such as Exit interviews; input of payroll
changes; Set up of Health Benefits enrollment into benefit system and
coordinate open enrollment benefit functions; Conduct new hire orientation
and maintains scanning / imaging system of employee files. Maintain I9

Human Resources Senior Office Assistant - Primary responsibilities included
assisting the public and city employees with employment procedures such as
application processing and maintaining online application inquires through
E-works online system. Job posting and placement of ads; website updates
and maintenance; job description inquires and compensation inquires.
Conduct conditional offers of employment along with pre-employment
processing such as drug screening, and background paperwork. Other duties
include public relations issues such as citizens concerns and complaints.

Human Relations Administrative Secretary- City Human Relations Department
(Oct. 2004 - April 2006) Primary responsibilities included assisting
customers via phone and personal interview of discrimination issues of Fair
