spaces, interior/exterior of building. Duties and responsibilities

included: mopping, sweeping, dusting, stripping/waxing, vacuuming,

painting, chipping, sanding, washing walls/floors. Lead custodian, notify

management of any maintenance repair, issues or complaints. Cleaning tools

to ensure proper function of cleaning supplies. Restore and fully stock

restroom facility with proper supplies, wipe down sinks, thoroughly clean

floors and mirrors. Empty trash receptacles, ensure no trash is in spaces.

Observe security of building, make sure doors are locked and operating

appropriately. Polish brass and fixtures that require such. Check signs are

correctly suspended or attached. Overall safety of the building is also an

important part of the mission.

July 2004 -Present - U.S. Navy

Office Manager

?Coordinated over 200 award briefs. Responsible for all administrative

functions for multiple personnel ranging between 70-300 with numerous

departments. Supplied administrative support services to an executive

military and civilian government department. Mail and Courier liaison for

two different military installations. Responsible for the safeguarding of

all classified documents and safes. Participated and received no less than

outstanding in Administrative Audits and Inspections. Prior Web Enabled

Safety System Administrator, transmit reports to the Naval Safety Center.

Currently works as an Office Manager at The Pentagon, Washington DC.

administrative function, acts as primary Security and Administration

specialist. Escorts personnel on a daily basis to respective Joint Staff

Workstations. Provides technical, security, and administrative support to

the Joint Staff division directly supporting the Chairman, President and

Secretary of Defense.

? Document Control Administrator, responsible for converting files to

justified applications. Concerned primarily with the physical protection

of divisional sensitive classified information, personnel, resources and

processes against criminal, terrorist, or hostile intelligence activities.

Incumbent develops security Standard Operations Procedures (SOP's) for the

Branches.

?Assists J-3 Security Manager with installing protection systems and

devices to insure that sensitive information, materials and equipment are

not compromised, sabotaged, stolen, misused, or subjected to terrorism,

malicious mischief, or other acts of willful interference.

?Reviews design charts of office layouts for divisional Sensitive

Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). Inspects divisional

facilities where sensitive materials will be located. Ascertains the use to

be made of materials in the division, who is to use it, and how it should

be protected. Evaluates the effectiveness of existing security practices;

recommends the type of control requirements, procedures, and facilities

needed; and assure that organizational personnel are adhering to

established policy and practices; and recommend appropriate actions to

correct deficiencies to J3 directorate security manager. Involves a large

number of sensitive accesses.

?Contribute executive level support to Assistant Deputy Director for

Information Operations, who directs all matters related to Joint and

Service Information Operations.
