INTRODUCTION Throughout my career, I have been successful at increasing
ratings and revenue in the Chicago ADI through programming
management, on air work, and the creation, development, and
management of Creative Services operations. I have
negotiated large contracts with national radio networks and
sold large volumes of brokered programming. My ability to
train employees in production and programming using the
latest editing software has assisted in the updating of
station operations and employment placement. I have
extensive experience in promotions, news, production,
operations, and an intimate knowledge of FCC compliance and
