I am an experienced quality control technician and laboratory technician in

the paper industry. I worked for Fraser Paper Mill from 1985-2001, during

which time, I held the positions listed below and was responsible for wide

range of duties including supervisory of personnel in my section. I am a

hard working, team player, with an excellent attendance record.

My employment with Fraser was terminated due to the closure of productions

and closure of the Mill.

DUTIES

Product Reliability Technician (1985 to 1995) duties include the following:-

* Quality and testing of finished products to ensure Customer satisfaction.

* Performed testing to ensure accurate Chemical/Water mix.

* Monitored Process to provide correct flow and high quality.

* Operated computerized equipment to close out process and clean for next

run.

On the above, I was recognized by the Company by awarding me with "Employee

of quarter" award.

LAB PROCESS TECHNICIAN

* Tested Water, pulp, de-ink stock, bleach, dirt count for pulp, cooked

starch, ethylated starch oxidized waste treatment and kappa

number.

* Tested products for consistency, pH, solids and moistures to ensure

products are made correctly.

* Collected samples and tested to determine if water could be reused by

recycling which could save the Company more than $12,000 annually.

TECHNICAL ADVISOR

1992 to 1995 advised various functions in wet end Chemicals process to

ensure product made to specifications.

* Tested and ensured all wet end chemicals met specifications during

startup of machines;

* Monitored chemical process and recommended specific corrections

as needed.

* Responsible for wet end and size fillers, boil outs and washouts during

downtime.

EDUCATION / TRAINING

1980 to 1981: Governor State University, Illinois. One-year graduate

Studies in

Public Administration.

1977 to 1980: Central State University, Ohio. BA Degree in history and

Political Science.

1974-1977: Wilmington College, Ohio. Associate Degree in Chemistry

MISCELLANEOUS:

Paper Lab Technician and quality control Technician;

Trained in conformity with ISO 9000-9001 and ISO 1400.
