Restructuring.
On September 28th 2009 Valpak call and said they would like to hire me back
as a Temp. for three months.

My primary duties as a Maintenance Technician to Valpak is to indentifying
and reporting unsatisfactory conditions; working with my supervisor to
ensure landscape, janitorial, HVAC problems, checking the elevator for
working condition, preventative maintenance once a week on the fire panel
and that putting the system on test and running the fire pump for at least
10 min. and to report any problems with the fire pump right away.
Plumbing: repair/replacement of fixtures and hardware, clear drains
and drain pipes; minor repair of copper pipe, including brazing and
soldering; PVC pipe replacement and repair; and clean up following any
leaks, floods and backups.
Electrical: Change bulbs and ballasts; troubleshoot short-circuits in
low or high voltage lighting and replace defective outlets; repair install
or replace, reset circuit breakers; replace install and relocate lighting
fixtures; clean and replace light lenses; and maintain proper time clocks
set points to ensure life safety and comfort while minimizing energy
consumption.
Other Duties: Painting; track and maintain inventory of paint and
painting supplies; and have extensive experience with the preparation of
structural surfaces of paint and /or finishes. Floor titles, replace and
repair including grouting; Doors and Windows repair/adjustments; replace
damaged or stained ceiling tiles; execution of remodeling plans and project
plans developed by facilities maintenance supervisor; assist with moving of
office furniture; preventative maintenance checks of fire sprinkler system,
fire extinguishers and emergency lighting; 1st responder backup when
facilities maintenance supervisor and facilities lead
electrician/technician unavailable; perform weekly fire pump test and
inspection; maintain all tools and equipment to ensure safety and
equipments up keeps; complete all other projects or requests as directed by
supervisor; perform regular routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and
making zone temperature adjustments.

EXPERIENCE
My primary duty: As a Maintenance Technician: Indentifying and
reporting unsatisfactory conditions; working with my supervisor to ensure
landscape, janitorial, HVAC some knowledge of cooling tower 150 ton unit,
took reading change filters and every day taking chiller reading, checking
elevators operation making sure they are running, landscape irrigation, and
fire system include running fire pumps once a week making sure pumps are
operating correctly are all working in proper order before attendant arrive
to work.
Other duties; Perform regular routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
to include changing filters and making zone temperature adjustments;
perform plumbing maintenance, repairs and replacements; hanging sheetrock
mudding, Painting maintain Inventory of Paint and Painting supplies;
Ceiling tile replacement and grid repairs as necessary; perform general
Electrical work to include replacing Lighting Ballasts, Switches and
Receptacles, perform Preventative and corrective maintenance on building
Mechanical systems; respond to building alarms; running and keeping record
of all Emergency Generators to comply with D.E.P. regulations; comply with
Safety rules and Regulation; employ safe work practices and correct unsafe
work conditions as required; and perform all other duties and
responsibilities as assigned.
