. As Supply Department Career Counselor: Overseen the careers of 219
personnel in my department. I deliver services to military personnel:
advise and counsel enlisted personnel about human resource
development, employee benefits, and regulations. I organize and
implement recruitment and retention programs and conduct interviews;
assist with classification and placement.

. Managed/supervised up to 100 personnel, including civilians in
ordering, preparation, & serving of food in Navy dining facilities
serving 5,000 people daily aboard ships & shore based facilities.
. As the Repair Parts Petty Officer, the main responsibility was for the
replenishment and upkeep of over $100,000 dollars worth of parts and
materials. Managed the Supply Departments 3M Program. Led 4 work

in the completion of 72 quarterly checks including Hazmat and Force
Revisions for all work centers.
