the overall implementation of Lean philosophies and tools for the entire

medical center and more recently as embedded Lean Subject Matter Expert for

the Pathology Department leading the Lean transformation within this 350-

member organization.

organization on Lean philosophies, Hoshin Planning, Standardized Work,

Value Stream Mapping, 5S, A3 Problem Solving, PDCA and other tools.

. Developed and Chair the Pathology Lean Strategy Committee comprised of

Managers to function as Sensei's for their divisions, and visual
