. Lead Production Supervisor for the assembly of Engine Control Units

(ECU) for Honda Automotive, Motor Cycle and ATV industry.

. Ensured daily production schedules were met, enforced SOPs, evaluated

downtime, updated reports and supervised personnel.

. Adhered to TS-16949 and ISO-14001 standards, accountable for setting

the daily agenda and priorities in order to meet requirements.

. Supervised 140 personnel on two shift operation plus 4 Supervisors.

Responsible for eight ECU assembly lines including automatic

assembly, manual assembly and test processes.
