I am currently working in the Food and Nutrition Department on the patient

tray line service. I recently worked in SPD which included sterilizing

instruments, stocking and washing dishes, and cross training in nurse

servers. Since 2006 I have worked in the Salad Area making patient's food

for the tray line, and I've also trained in the Bakery Area until now.
