Whiting-Turner Contracting -Projects
Colorado State University – New Academic Village $46,000,000.00
Project which consists of three multi-story housing buildings, and a dining facility with nine different
restaurants, as well as a post office for students, and offices for staffing.
Park Meadows Mall – demolition and site prep for future project. $ 1,500,000.00
Punum Roofing and Contracting – Projects
Frank Lloyd Wright Restoration Project- in Dallas, TX $5,000,000.00
It entailed total removal of copper roofing repair of structural roof and wall members as well as plaster
and interior removal and replacement of all wood ceilings, some walls and doors. Total replacement of
roof decking through new copper roof, fascia, stamped copper trims, and stone walls.
Palm Beach County School District- in Palm Beach, FL. – $ 4,750,000.00
Restoration of five elementary, and middle school roofs and decking after hurricane Katrina. The total of
all 5 projects was $4,750,000.00. They were completed in time for schools to start on schedule.
American Realty and Management -in Cape Coral and Ft. Meyers, FL. $3,250,000.00
This project consisted of 15 townhomes and condominiums. These projects were valued at $3,250,000.00.
Susan, the owner of the management company, and I have stayed in contact over the last 4 years and they
have not had one problem with any of our work.
D.R.G. and Associates - $2,225,000.00
This was for just one project at Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Co. This was a historic
landmark project and was valued at 2,225,000.00. This project was at the Beaver Meadows entrance and
was done in association with the Department of Interior. We took great pride in this project, and were
very meticulous with every aspect of its construction. Customers were very happy with end result. We
also renovated 2 of their older buildings and turned out some very unique office spaces for the office
workers.
Long Construction Company –
While I was with Long Construction, I was on 20 plus projects for them. I supervised six school
renovations that also included several large additions. I supervised the building of Denver Detox facility,
the Denver Police Department renovation, interrogation facility, built holding cells for prisoners, task
force restoration, retirement facility, renovated 4 community centers, and a court child care facility. Other
than the school projects all the other projects were through the city of Denver. There also was the
remodel at Buckley Air Force Base that I was the superintendent on that project as well as the Denver
Police Dept. where I had special clearance to have access to, they were the only projects that I have been
on that required special clearance.
