Learning Capacity

- Earned the highest company-wide score given from the corporate area

supervisor on my one-year plant manager proficiency review. Evaluated

on knowledge and application of: company policies and program

management, regulatory agency compliance, safety procedures, profit and

loss, computer program proficiency, all equipment maintenance and

functionality within the plant, production processes, SOP's,

administrative functions, logistics, purchasing, credit and accounting,

capital projects, and management and training of all employees.

Problem Solving

- Revamped the quality assurance program to meet HACCP requirements,

implemented new processes and trained a new coordinator over a three

month time span, resulting in 100% compliance with regulatory agencies.

- Raised employee engagement, reduced administrative costs, and increased

customer satisfaction by reorganizing the business structure,

individual's responsibilities and implementing new warehouse

technology. Cargill is currently implementing this pilot project

globally.

reduction in variable expenses.

- Minimized farmer's costs for pest control by monitoring crops for

customized pest management applications.

- Increased the plant's air emissions compliance from 30% to 100% and the

NPDES compliance from 75% to 100%. Generated justification documents

with the necessary calculations supporting each unit's classification.

Trained multiple individuals on proper sampling techniques, suitable

documentation of visual inspections, and corrective actions for out-of-

compliance results.

- Reduced costs by increasing warehouse capacity and capitalizing on

ideal turnover times and product positioning. Analyzed data using

queries and created spreadsheets and digital warehouse schematics.

- Researched cost savings for three types of nitrogen application, wrote

a report and shared recommendation both internally and externally.
