Work history

****-****: R.L. Construction: 1ST 2 years as superintendent for various

commercial projects ranging in price from 600,000 to 1mil. Last 5 years as

Estimator/Project manager. My duties included, but were not restricted to,

complete turn- key estimates

for medium sized commercial projects, and to project manage awarded

projects from start to finish to include ordering all materials, handling

of all sub- contractors, on-site meetings with architects, owners, sub-

contractors, etc. I was also responsible for all change orders and value

engineering estimates through-out the course of the projects.

It was also my duty to make sure projects stayed on schedule, and within

budget, interview prospective employees, and to hire and fire same. My

duties also included quality control and regular inspections.

1999-2003: Fred Williams Home Builders: Superintendent new single family

homes.

My duties included, scheduling, ordering materials, supervising sub-

contractors. New homes ranged in price from 150,000- 200,000. I was

responsible for 17- 23 homes at a time for a total of 34-46 completed homes

per year.

2003-present: Legacy Custom Builders: Superintendent new single family

homes ranging in price from 280,000- $1,000,000, new construction of

commercial retail spaces up to 24,000 s/f. And tenant buildouts within.

Summary:

There are many projects that I have managed over the years, that I

would be more than happy to discuss with you at the time of an interview,

if so desired.

I am a very responsible person with a broad working knowledge in

all aspects of the construction field. I am honest and loyal, and can

handle myself professionally in any situation. I have an excellent

reputation with many sub-contractors and suppliers in the Savannah area and

can rely on their recommendations.
