Responsibilities Originating residential, commercial mortgages and equity lines of credit

for first time homebuyers and seasoned homeowners. Knowledge of

FNMA, FHA and VA guidelines.

Consult client base for their mortgage financing needs. Conduct classes,

sales seminars and workshops on the many facets of mortgage financing

to consumers, brokers, attorneys, builders and realtors. Attend closings

and open houses.

Underwriter/Operations Manager/Loan Processor

Washington Mutual Home Loans 1990-1995

As an Underwriter, my responsibilities included underwriting loans with

up to a $2 million dollar signing authority. Worked with a 30-40 loan

pipeline at ay given time.

As an Operations Manager, I managed a team of processors to meet

projected goals, supervised workflow of loans from opening to closing.

As a Processor, I processing required documents for loan applications;

follow up phone calls to clients; correspondence; faxing; mailing, setting

up appointments and administrative duties.

detail oriented, able to provide the best fit for client needs based on their
