•Assisted the project team with pre-bid conferences and proposal opportunities as assigned, reviewed and
formulated contracts.
• Under the Project Manager’s direction, prepared and updated the project schedules, daily reports, maintained
files, report manpower levels, and arranged for assignment of project personnel.
• Worked with the project team, coordinated project activities to ensure that project progress is on schedule and
within approved budget.
• Assisted project managers or senior management in all aspects of the execution of projects including the
planning and coordinating of technical, business and administrative activities on designated opportunities
