Eighteen month assignment with higher education textbook publisher. Responsible for

supporting the Director and three project managers in the Global Rights and Permissions

Department. Duties included the following:

Administrative support to four project managers in the Rights Acquisition Department.

Scheduled conference calls with project managers and vendors to discuss new project details.

Calls were scheduled with projects managers from three different state locations and outside

vendors throughout the United States.

Launched new projects by completing start-up sheets, acquiring prior edition documents and
