3D Ultrasound image system for prostate cancer treatment planning,

DICOM/PACS) from Visual C++ 6 to Visual C++9, MFC. Solved all compiling

and linking problems and crashes after the upgrading.

2. developed the CUDA GPU C++ programming which 10 times speeding the

diffusion algorithm for DSA and ultrasound image reconstruction. Wrote

FDA documents.

3. Patent applied for a method/instrument of freehand ultrasound image

reconstruction/interpolation with a EM(Estimation-Maximization) diffusion

algorithm which significantly reduced the speckle noises in ultrasound

images.

4. Cardiovascular, arterial lumen x-ray image data is processed and

Simulated with Visual C++ VTK/KTK+CUDA, Matlab.

5. Wrote build scripts for developers and testers using Per/Ruby which can

get source codes from SSCM Source control, build the executable files

from the source codes, deploy the executable files, backup and recover

the source codes, clean the garbage files from source control.

6. Segmentation/registration/filter for 3D prostate ultrasound image using

VTK/ITK, IPP. Merge two systems: visual C++/Cuda project file and VTK/KTK
