* Project Manager responsible for multiple new and renovation projects at
Ottawa Regional Hospital, including a CT Room Addition, Parking Deck
Addition, Community Cancer Center, ER Addition, and two Medical Office
Building projects.
* Project Manager for $10.6M Bank/Office Building project completed in 2007
and obtained LEED Silver certification in 2009. Also PM for tenant
finish-out packages, including Farnsworth Group Inc.'s Architectural and
MEP engineering office finish-out.
* Project Manager responsible for design, construction documents, bidding,
and construction administration/observation for an $11.6 M Parking
Deck/Commercial space structure for Town of Normal, Illinois Uptown
Redevelopment.
* Architectural PM for a $50M+ new water treatment facility for Bloomington-
Normal, IL which included design, construction documents, bidding, and
construction administration/observation for eight new process structures.
* Obtained LEED AP certification in January 2008. Have worked on several
LEED targeted projects.
