Demolition and reconstruction of residential properties, total remodeling. I was responsible for making sure homes

were up to 100% specification prior to reoccupation. Duties included carpentry, drywall, electric, plumbing, carpet,

punch out, etc. I coordinated subcontractor services. Since the housing market dropped, I was assigned to commercial

properties such as gas stations. There, I assisted in the demolition of commercial properties so they complied with

state specifications as it changed. I also assisted in the remodeling of such properties in order to add small food

stations, pursuant to the customers’ architectural specifications.
