would place orders on SAP system to be picked by staff for orders by the different

customers such as Food Lion, Family Dollars, Wal-Mart, Harris Teeters and many

more. Once the orders are picked and places in the slots. USDA orders had to be

expected prior to getting loaded and made sure packing slips were on the loads. I

would work with the JB Hunt drop yard and guard to bring trucks to the load doors

on the dock to get loaded in timely manner. I would print the bill of sale for the

drivers to sign and hand them over a seal for the trucks. When trucks were

overweight I will cut soup off the truck to lower the weight. I would also check

materials that were not on hand and get them from the local warehouses. I would

get the products in to the facility to have the products on hand. I would track the

trucks to make sure they were received on time.
