Provided Staff Assistance for the Community Redevelopment Agency. Served as

Construction Specialist; assisted CRA staff in the planning & development

stages of new projects. Solely responsible for the management of all

projects under design & construction. Managed architects and engineers

during the design process. Prepared budgets for all projects under

development and, provided estimates on all projects during planning.

Construction Manager for the construction of the Long Beach Admiral Kidd

Teen Center, a $2 million dollar, 3,000-sq.-ft. Teen Center.

Construction Manager & Observer for the Hermosa Beach Sewer Improvements

project. Project consisted of the removal and replacement of existing PVC &

VCP sewer lines, sewer lining and construction of manholes in various

sections of Hermosa Beach.

Construction Manager for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, Point Vicente

Interpretive Center Expansion, a $5 million dollar, 10,000-sq.-ft. building

expansion project

Construction Inspector for the Hawthorne Street Rehabilitation Project.

Project consisted of the reconstruction of a half mile of existing roadway

with ARHM- Asphalt-Rubber Hot Mix including new medians, the overlay of 5

city blocks, and the replacement of sidewalk, curb & gutter and curb ramps.

Construction Manager, Multi Service Center Remediation & Reconstruction

project, Long Beach. Mold remediation & reconstruction valued at $300k.

Construction Manager, Signal Hill Patterson Street Improvements project.

Value $350k.

Supervised the condo conversion of a 40 unit apartment complex including

the full remodel of 28 units, City of Long Beach. Created estimates for all

renovation work, supervised 3 contractors simultaneously

In charge of estimating for all FORSA projects.
