the current software levels for 90 Aix servers.
. Initiated, executed and managed the deployment of a customer inventory

and negotiated the DOU identifying roles and responsibilities for all
teams.
. Managed cross functional team in the planning and implementation of a
Tivoli Monitoring solution. Interfaced with the PMO on creating and

committing project to steady state.
. As a member of the Metaframe team was responsible for transition and
steady state activities for Citrix (Xpe and other versions) related
deployment solutions. Supported 300 servers in 20 server farms on both
