management suite.

Role: Project manager

Responsibilities:

. Initiated, executed and managed RFI/RFP and procurement to renew/maintain

the current software levels for 90 Aix servers.

. Initiated, executed and managed the deployment of a customer inventory

database. This database provided an accurate lookup for identifying the

infrastructure, application and support teams in the environment. Created

and negotiated the DOU identifying roles and responsibilities for all

teams.

. Managed cross functional team in the planning and implementation of a

Tivoli Monitoring solution. Interfaced with the PMO on creating and

negotiating the DOU on team roles and responsibilities prior to

committing project to steady state.

. As a member of the Metaframe team was responsible for transition and

steady state activities for Citrix (Xpe and other versions) related

deployment solutions. Supported 300 servers in 20 server farms on both

shared and dedicated solutions for JPMC, Deutsche bank, Visteon and the

IBM global account. Facilitated support planning and SLA agreements and

coordinated testing and production rollouts.

. Technical focal involved in upgrading 100 NT4.0 servers to Win2K for

accounts that included Volvo, Chase, Astra Zeneca, IBM Internal and

Shared Commercial. Worked with the Project Manager and architects to

deliver the solution.

. Responsible for planning the infrastructure setup for the department.

Coordinated with account leads, floor planners and networking team for

floor space and network requirements to deliver solutions.

. Facilitated projects for eESM by engaging teams for new business

(server/solution deployment). Coordinated server builds and deployment

(Aix/Intel) through the server deployment process cycle. Engaged

Applications SME's.

servers, maintained server uptime, performed backup verification and

correction, mail support, technology refreshes, roll outs and level 3

. Supported 200 Compaq Win 2K servers for the Royal Sun Alliance account.

Instituted a tape rotation policy for remote sites. Worked on a project

of migrating 7000 users across 24 locations from the NT4.0 environment to

Active directory.

IT&T (Mumbai, India)

Jun 1996 - Dec 1998

Role: Team Lead/CE

Responsibilities:

. Team Lead for the Castrol India account. Lead a team of 5 CE's at 5 sites

across Mumbai. Performed network, server support and upgrades connecting

to AS/400. Connected vendors/distributors across India via satellite to

AS/400 for updating inventory records centrally. Ccmobile was configured

for communication.

. Customer support CE for the DSP Merrill Lynch account. Supported the

customer across 5 sites in Mumbai, India.
