warehousing, manufacturing, maintenance, research and development, and
quality control departments with regard to safety, environmental, capital
budgets, and engineering. Designed and built a state-of-the-art facility,
implemented process control capabilities to maximize the science and
engineering of the technology employed to manufacture color and additive
concentrates and compounds in plastic. Developed and implemented an hourly
work team environment. Created an hourly skill based pay system.

Co-authored two papers: 1) "Effect of Viscoelasticity on Heat Transfer to
Molten Polymers" presented at the AIChE annual meeting in Pittsburgh, PA
and 2) "Heat Transfer to Molten Flowing Polymers" presented at the AIChE
meeting in Chicago, IL, with four publications in technical journals in
this same subject area.
Co-authored a paper titled "Mixing Plastic Compounds" presented at the Wire
Association International and an article titled "Collaboration on Colorants
is Critical for Products and Plant" in an issue of Wire & Cable Technology
