v ia practice activities, tests, and reading. I provided basic hardware support and
maintenance; (i.e. t roubleshooting monitors, PC’s, projectors, and also changing and
maintaining printer cart ridges). I also cataloged, inventoried, and documented all hardware
and software for the labs overseen by the Software Training Center.
