Led construction staff of twenty-plus administrative, technical,

supervisory and craftsmen in the execution and delivery of a high annual

($16.5 million) volume of industrial, commercial, residential, homebuilder,

multi-unit, hospitality and public sector projects in the greater Bay Area

region. Delivered critical growth needs by establishing CPM project

accountability, including aggressive scheduling, estimate profile controls,

weekly WIP financial review and the recruitment of dedicated contractors.
