$640 Million, 47 story hotel and condominium project including restaurants,

retail space, spa and podium.

Responsible for monitoring the progress schedule, ensuring design criteria

was met in a timely matter and cost effective manner. Maintained a daily

log of 12 subcontractors and $26 million worth of subcontracts. Attended

weekly meetings to brief Project Management on schedule and cost issues as

they arose. Provided management with weekly performance projections.

Communicated design consultant expectations to field personnel. Directed

schedule updates with Superintendents and subcontractors daily. Computed

take-off estimates using OST. Performed weekly safety audits and Quality

Control. Managed the coordination of shop drawings and As-built drawings

with Superintendents and subcontractors. Managed the punch list process

for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and subcontractors within work scope.

Responsibilities included managing logging in Microsoft Excel and Skire the

Owner pre punch process which included 3 separate QAQC inspections,

recording all Owner punch list items via palm pilot and maintaining logs

Microsoft Excel, distributing punch list and coordinating the remediation

with the Perini field team and subcontractors, and verifying acceptance of

all areas of the hotel with Ownership.

Hard Rock Expansion Project, Las Vegas, NV

$760 Million, two 11 story towers and 150,000 sq ft of retail, convention

and casino floor space.

Primary responsibilities included coordinating construction cost, change

orders for phase 1 and procured material schedules. Analyzed and

maintained project budget using prolog as a document resource.

Marriott Grand Chateau Hotel Vacation Towers, Las Vegas, NV

$80 Million, 38 story tower including condominiums and timeshare sales

center.

Responsible for overseeing $22 million worth of subcontracts including

foundation, insulation, EIFS, glazing, roofing, interior finishes,

hardscape / landscape and interior finishes. Ensure that all submittals

and shop drawings were received and processed without cost impact or delay

Reviewed, budgets and payment request with Owner's Representative and

Project Manager. Initiated requests for information and potential change

orders as well as mentoring resolution. Prepared work scopes, bid packages

and procured material schedules.

Palms Place Condo Tower, Las Vegas, NV

$360 Million, 47 story condominium tower including 50,000 sq ft pool area.

Maintained the flow of information between the Owner, the Architect and

Project Manager relative to glazing, carpet, paint and tile subcontractors.
