Technology Officer Contractor Lead (LFTO), due to excellence in
infrastructure equipment support and OS versions deployments. I provided
local support at the San Juan PR, US VI, NY, NJ, Field Offices and Sea
Ports for complete network infrastructure LAN Wan support 22 servers and
1000 workstations in the Caribbean. Responsible for server support and
Disaster Recovery Plans. Deliver infrastructure support with leadership of
22 severs and applications in a 24/7 operation, ensuring optimal
functionality of the Project. This reflects directly in fast sea-air
transit for tourism and national law enforcement safety. Supported other
LAW enforcement technologies like RPM Support (RADIATION PORTALS). Mentor,
support and manage 12 contractors on the region. Oversee nationwide support
of networks, leading vendor relations, personnel management, and process re-
engineering. Propel systems deployment and testing. Align teams and
resources to elevate IT synergy and bolster performance. Mitigate and
manage processes, requirements, systems and schedules. Demonstrated
excellence in disaster recovery panning and preventive maintenance.

to support a National biometric database application Called "USVISIT"
