Senior Library Technical Assistant. I assist library patrons in locating and checking out material

and research information. I created the serials database to ensure proper retrieval, location and

reception of serials and maintain this database. I disburse serials and contact companies

reference serials not received. I am assisting in re-cataloging the library per Library of Congress

specifications.

Senior Data Control Technician (Customer Service Supervisor). I supervised six data control

technicians while disseminating pricing and technical information to customers. I prepared

international and domestic orders and price quotes. I interviewed and hired employees for

customer service while maintaining harmony among diverse personalities. I belonged on a

software problem solving team. I maintained quality control and accuracy of orders while training

new employees.

Customer Service. I was a customer service representative and cashier. I assisted customers

with returns or with defective merchandise. This was a part time position I held simultaneously

while working at the OSU Police Department and Fire Protection Publications.

Radio Dispatcher/Records Clerk. I dispatched police, fire and ambulance to emergency and

non-emergency calls. I prepared police reports, criminal arrest packets, monthly reports for the

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, scanned reports, entered data, performed data entry

corrections, and proofread reports. I dispatched after hours maintenance personnel for the

university.

01/88 – 02/90: Engineering Extension/Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK

Senior Secretary. I assisted the director with correspondence. I assisted professors with

National Technical University coursework by working as the liaison between students, companies

and the professors.
