Managed, lead and directed the actions of 6 military and 3 civilian in the Operations Management section.
Was liable for the accountability and work force management of a diverse 16 shops; 450 person civil
engineer squadron.
Analyzed the impact both internally and externally for civil engineer operation flight; developed a tool
(pre-scheduler’s meeting) for flight to manage 9 shops delinquent and complete job requirements. This
weekly meeting reduced shop’s work backlog by 25%.
Managed, prepared and analyzed financial goal for operation flight in-house requirements. Ensured 300
work orders was funded and accomplished with end-of-year funding valued at $1.2M.
Programmed monthly labor hours for over 246 personnel, improved manpower usage and assisted shops in
reducing delinquency rate by 80%. Improved their manpower usage and saved $16.4K to be utilized for
more emergency requirements.
Compiled and analyzed metric information on production and customer satisfaction; coordinated with 24
Foreman to plan and control their monthly workload. Assured 85% availability rate and improved overall
productivity by 15%.
Consolidated documents containing facility inspections reports, repair and minor construction data
maintenance; was responsible for oversight and tracking of Civil Engineer support to 985 facilities and
$2.2K acres that’s valued in excess of $1.8B.
Tracked, maintained and analyzed over 5K in-house & contract work requirements from start to finish
worth over 22M. Screened and purged 10 years of stagnant work request from database producing a clean
baseline. Detected errors in the Work Information system, prompted correction and alleviated erroneous
work order closeouts.
Created Operating Instruction (OI) for a highly visible work priority system on base; resulting in 100%
base compliance with all work group monitors.
Planned, controlled and directed all activities for the Professional Development Center, trained and
supervised 775 new recruits to the United States Air Force.
Manage hazardous waste disposal and safe handling in accordance with local regulation, Robins AFB,
Georgia Environmental Protection division, and US Environmental Protection agency.
Oversee Hazmat Pharmacy Cell functions worth 375K, ensures approved chemicals are issued for
equipment maintenance and deployments. Certifies 700 personnel receive proper HAZCOM training and
track chemical use on Hazardous Material Management System (HMMS).
