Started as a Customer service representative
dealing with customer questions, issues, sales
and loyalty both face to face, online and over
the phone. In this position, I was also the HR &
training Liason for the district.
I was promoted to the West Area Trainer position
specializing in new hire trainings, Human
Resource trainings and customer service
trainings for Southern California.
Then I was promoted to Senior Trainer where I
was responsible at overseeing all upper level
retail, executive and customer service trainings
and education. I was responsible for the
productivity of our training education plans, as
well as the efficiency of all persons who
attended our classes. Also dealt with all
scheduling, time sheet, and Human Resource
duties as an assistant to the Director of
Training.
After Training, I became a Business Account
Executive, dealing with all customer service and
sales related issues for the San Fernando Valley
and surrounding areas, including large
businesses such as LionsGate, Manatt,
Dreamworks, & Kaiser Permanente. Tasks included
meetings, presentations, negotiations, sales and
service for all companies under my umbrella.

After completing my internship for college with
the AIDS and STD prevention program, I was hired
on full time as a Health Education Specialist
where I covered HIV/AIDs and STD prevention with
the Youth and Juvenile population in San
Bernardino County.
