Started as a carpenter and was promoted to

Supervisor within 9 months.

Supervisor of crews of 15-20 people in the total

remodeling of rehab properties from ground up,

including demolition, site preparation, layout,

concrete, plumbing, framing, electrical, exterior

carpentry, drywall and finishing, finish carpentry,

painting and roofing. Completed permitting process,

inspections and finalization.

Operated heavy equipment such as backhoes,

excavators, dozers, box planers for finish grading,

roll off dumpster trucks, front loaders and

forklifts.
