Environmental Graphic Design
I was part of a small design team that created concepts and developed
designs for interior and exterior environmental graphics. This included ADA
and wayfinding signage systems, large format graphics, exterior monuments,
and donor recognition displays. I created scaled construction intent
drawings and prepared documentation for the competitive bid process. I
assisted in management of the competitive bid process through fabrication
management and final installation punch list.
I interacted on a daily basis with clients, vendors, fabricators, and other
members of the project team. This included meeting with architects,
developers, and clients both on and off site to coordinate project details.
Our team also created logo designs and identity development for new and
existing companies. I was responsible for print production of branding
collateral and
marketing materials for our clients as well as in house promotional
materials.

Adjunct Faculty
I was the instructor for Introduction to Digital Prepress. I created a
lesson plan to demonstrate concepts and file preparation techniques for
offset printing. The assignments were covered through real world examples
including magazine ads, direct mail, and packaging.

In House Graphic Design and Print Production
I was responsible for the design and creation of packaging graphics, direct
pieces, client presentations, and promotional material. I tracked product
development and production through an off shore manufacturing facility. I
managed the digital asset library that included images of all present and
past products, as well as photographed and cataloged new products.

Graphic Design Internship
I created full size mock-ups of environmental graphics for client
meetings and presentations. I took part in the conceptual level of logo
design contributing rough sketches and ideas. I also bound books of
promotional material for new client meetings and performed print production
for promotional postcards.
