Answering multi-line telephone system, directing phone calls to correct
department, and adhering to walk ins. Sort, route, and distribute large
volumes of mail to proper customer service representatives. Receiving
incoming faxes and forwarding to designated customer service
representatives and upkeep of outlook mail folders. Scanning and attaching
documents into AMS 360 system. Stuffing and mailing envelopes. Maintaining
client folders and file system. During down periods helped customer service
representative with their extra work. Delivery of large bulk mail to Post
Office daily. Upkeep of staff's kitchen.
Full-time Circulation Supervisor, Southwest Library, Amarillo, TX June 2009
Overseeing of all part-time circulation staff. Working along with a team of
four other supervisors to maintain the circulation desk and operation.
Answering and assisting all patrons' questions, concerns, and information
requests. Balancing of drawers and up keeping of cash intake. Collecting
statistics on library use, material check out, and patron transactions.
Answering of phones and multi-tasking to coordinate information into the
computer. Maintaining full operation of circulation desk one night a week

Providing and lending services of materials to patrons for check out and
return. Handling of cash for patrons' fines. Multi-tasking is a must
