ten years experience in various managed care capacities which have allowed

me to further develop skills in: dispute resolution, communication,

training and development and resolving issues. In addition, I have a

Masters degree in Psychology and have gained experiences working directly

with members and patients. I have developed skills such as: providing

leadership and guidance to team members, monitor quality standards for team

performance, and troubleshoot issues as required. I am currently working

as a Social Worker in Riverside County.
