Reputation for meeting critical deadlines and successfully managing large-

scale projects, including:

Design & Construction Oversight of Village Plaza Shopping Center: Oversaw

assembly of several properties into single tract to build a 490,000 square

foot retail power center containing anchor tenants, including ToysRUs, HEB,

Academy, and PetSmart. Included demolition/abatement activities to remove

500,000 square feet of existing commercial structures. Interfaced with city

of Houston permit division, public utility entities, Harris County Flood

Control, and Contractors. Completion in 24 months.

Development and Implementation of National Senior Living Construction

Program: Built nine developments in Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Tulsa,

Oklahoma City, Memphis, Leawood (KS), Birmingham, and Sterling Heights

(MI); totaled 1,800+ residential living units with gross values exceeding

$350M. Adapted prototype 300-unit project in accordance with demographic

and demand studies, restrictions, geography, zoning, and other differences

at each of the sites. Completed entitlement, design, and construction

activities in all nine locations within a four-year period.

Improvements for Industrial/Commercial Tenants: Coordinated projects

ranging in size and complexity. Directed scheduling, purchasing,

subcontracting, and competitive bidding efforts for multiple projects

simultaneously as construction project manager for real estate development

firm. Completed multiple projects totaling over two million square feet.

Redevelopment of Northline Commons Retail Center: Successfully led project

to modify 500,000 square foot enclosed mall to open air retail power center

over four-year period. Re-designed 80+ acre underutilized tract,

incorporating new community college on 20 acres and Wal-Mart Supercenter on

23 acres. Relocated existing tenants into pad buildings during

construction; built new utility infrastructure. Handled demolition,

asbestos removal, environmental remediation activities and construction of

475,000 square feet of new multi-tenant shells and anchors. Phased

completion in 48 months.
