Ouachita Parish School Systems / Sub-Contractor Monroe,
LA
Owner/ Operator Jan.2007 –Dec.2007
Through a local electronics company, I obtained a network-wiring contract for five High Schools and two Elementary Schools
in Ouachita Parish. The contract consisted of removing and replacing all existing Cat 3 and Cat 5 data wiring for the schools
network and replacing it with Category 6 and fiber. Along with my hired crew of 7 men, I installed and terminated all wiring
according to desired specs throughout each of the schools. I built and wired all panels and stacks and engineered all Access
Point locations and functions.
ESedona Wireless Inc. Sedona, AZ
Field Technician 2003-2006
As a field technician, I performed new installs, uninstalls, payment collections, service calls, tower upgrades, and equipment
replacement. A new install consisted of mounting wireless antenna (LOS and NLOS) to customer rooftops and running Cat5e
from antenna to customer’s router or computer. Wire installation including crawling in attacks, fishing through walls, tracing
for existing, and installing with the least possible visibility. Set-up wireless antenna and customer PC and router with Static IP
and tested for connectivity with laptop to check for latency and packet loss. Created customer email accounts with customers
and explained installation and basic troubleshooting procedures. Performed uninstalls for lack of payment and moving which
included removing Antenna and POE. Along with engineer, climbed towers to install microwave or other APs. Rotated
weekend on-call schedule that included transferring company phones to cell phone and answering customer calls relating to
making payments, service issues and any other inquires. If service could not be corrected over the phone or by computer,
made on-site visits to fix the problem. Strongly up-held a 24hr company repair policy from time of call.
PART-TIME
I worked on a part-time basis while working as a field technician with eSedona Wireless. My wife and I did new
construction cleaning for local contractors in the Sedona and Verde Valley area. Our company thoroughly inspected and
cleaned the interior of the house, approving it for “show” or “move-in” ready according to contractor specs. During the
afternoon, I performed contract bids for our company while my wife and her employees performed the necessary tasks once
the contract was awarded.

The second part-time job I did was new-construction network wiring and low voltage wiring for contractors in the
Sedona and Verde Valley area. On weekends and some afternoons, I would install all Category 5e wiring according to prints
and builder specs on new construction residences. I occasionally setup the buyer’s home networks and computers if requested.
