production of a operating Displacement Bleach Plant that
had many deficiencies, determined the key process
parameters and operating philosophies and implemented
multiple process changes to set points, pH's, flows and
chemical residuals while maintaining environment
constraints. Responsible for CPS and PSM as well as
documentation and communication of MOC's. Implemented a
step change in safety philosophy. Facilitated hands on
