Created 10 custom MS Access reports (Office 2003) for Koll Property

management company. Programmed DB using VBA. Consulted as a Network

Analyst, and software tester VB .net environment. Used SQL Server

Enterprise and reporting services (2005). ASP. NET Programming, Visual

Studio 2008. From June 08 till Nov 08, worked for Byran Company in

Huntington Beach as the IT Manager, supported 2 SBS Windows 2003 Servers

and 25 clients (Windows XP, SP3), setup 2 wireless Media Access Points, 2

Cisco Routers. Managed all IT equipment, also did Cat 5E, and Cat 6

cabling. Worked on an MS Expression Web project in a Windows Vista

environment.

IT Systems Admin 2006 to 2007

Manage 10 Windows 2003 servers, Intertel Phone System, and about 125 users

in an IT team of 4. Clients include Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows

2000. Software support include MS Office 2003, Corel 9.0, Accubend paint

software, CNC Router software, Outlook, Exchange. Manage Active Directory,

with MS Exchange 2003 email system. Support Citrix Metaframe environement

for offsite users. Company runs close to 100 different softwares. Servers

include Web Server, Citrix, Doman Controller (DNS Server), Exchange, SAN

Cluster, and several DB Servers. I also manage a 25 tape Overland which

interacts with Vertas 9.0. It backs up about 120 gigs of Exchange data,

which runs full backs up, and several incremental backups. The incrementals

are run due to the fact that the company has close to a terabyte of data.

2005 to 2006

Worked for 3 different companies doing various positions such as MS Access

programmer, filling in as temp Network Administrator. Managed and serviced

Citrix Server, 3 Windows 2003 servers, and 50 to 100 clients. Maintained 2

web servers, one hosting an MS Access/ASP connection, as well as an SQL

server. Managed one Unix Server, for DNS name hosting purposes. I enrolled

at the College of IT in order to get my MCSE Certification.

Utility Resources Group, INC., Newport Beach, CA Network

Administration/Desktop 2001-2005

In Charge of IT department, which includes full administration, Setting and

maintaining MS Exchange, SQL DB which integrated with MS Access, providing

phone support, T1 line and much more. Support 40 users and 2 offices.

Managed 4 Servers, setup DNS records, compact Exchange, helped setup

Goldmine. In charge of the NEC phone system, including maintenance and

transferring phone extensions through the PBX Board. Exchange

administration including compaction, recovery and repair. SQL

administration, including programming, backing up, setting permissions,

recovery and repair. Desktop support, and Server support. Coded in Visual

Basic on their Contact Management, accounting system.

MenuLink, Computing Solutions, Huntington Beach, CA Quality Software

Testing 2000 to 2001

In charge of making sure that the BOA software reaches the client fully

functional as designed. Menulink has released over 4,500 copies of its BOA

software. There are also three other products sold. These products are

developed in MS Access with VBA programming. Had extensive knowledge of

each product along with MS Access, Win Runner automated testing,

ODBCconnections, WIN NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Win 98, Windows ME, and many

other OS. Had to keep with the latest technology, the software needed to be

tested in many different environments. Made sure that proper reports were

filed in a programming DB tool called Testtrak. In charge of distributing

test assignments and certified each release. Developed a Quality Assurance

Tracking database in which it kept track of each release.

9/98 to 01/99

Worked for a marketing company straightening out their IT system and doing

MS Access programming. Customer support for a Real Estate MLS software,

dealt with .dll conflicts issues in a MS Windows 95, and Windows 3.1

environment.

Utility Resources Group, INC Newport Beach, CA MIS DBA and Chief

Programmer 10/98 to 8/99

Setup MS Access Database for the company's contacts. Used Visual Basic to

enforce business rules. Included building functions, writing reports,

updating queries, maintaining a user efficient interface, keeping the

database stable, customizing and adding error handling. In the process of

integrating the MS Access with SQL Enterprise management 7.0, by using SQL

pass through queries with an ODBCDSN connection.

Worked for many different companies in order to learn the IT field. These

positions included phone support. IT assistant, COBOL programmer, and many

other positions. Worked in Customer Support call center supporting

software.

National Cement Company, Encino CA

Accountant, 1996 to 1997

Prepared financial statements', government reports, French income

statements and balance sheets. Created and maintained Excel spreadsheets.

Updated vendor files for the company database. Reconciled general ledger

for prior years dating back to 1993. Solved accounting problems with a
