Issuance System) to scan the applicants' photo, enter
the applicants' information in to the system
database, and print applicant's picture and
information onto blank passport books and cards.
Using the archiving application called PRISM
(Passport Record Information System Management) to
scan already processed applications into a separate
archive database.
Pulling files for suspension and re-issue cases, and
filing them once the applications have been
reprocessed.
