Administrative Assistant-Contract
Provided administrative support to executives; legal; IT; and accounting
staff for an oil and gas company. Ordered office supplies, coffee, drinks,
and snacks; prepared binders for accounting; point-of-contact to building
management. Created SharePoint User Manual and trained company employees on
SharePoint functions. Coordinated efforts with CIO to update and enhance
internal SharePoint portal.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Developed and expanded a pre-existing SharePoint site by
expanding document libraries, adding new sections, links, and content.
Increased Sharepoint footprint by 50%. Researched and located coffee/soft
drinks/snack vendors, took bids, and established services with a new vendor

regarding changing processes. This greatly improved communication, which

Developed and launched an internal news bulletin, which was disseminated to
Reps 2-3 times per week. Transferred documents from a Shared Drive to
SharePoint site which resulted in easier access for users as well as
document versioning capability.
