Senior IT Project Manager for the Corporate PMO office managing project

activities for medium to large projects to ensure all deliverables are

completed in accordance with the PMO best practices and guidelines. All

elements of the project; including technical, application and business

Worked under the Global Customer Solutions (GCS) group as a Regional

Customer Manager managing four key accounts. I was recruited in 2005 by the

Global Customer Manager and the Industry Director to join the Commercial

Contracted to both AEI & Danzas AEI Intercontinental, the worlds leading

provider of logistics and e-logistics solutions with over $7 billion in

annual sales. Clients using the company's Global Logistics Order Service

System (GLOS) include Microsoft, GM, Ford, Delphi, American Eagle, JCB, and

numerous other companies.

(GLOS is a complete supply chain management system on a Unix Operating

System using an Oracle database with PL/SQL stored procedures, Visual Basic

using Web Classes and utilizing Crystal reports for all front end generic

and customer specific reports. Involves large volumes of inbound and

outbound EDI transactions daily.)

Selected to take over the GLOS project that had been without leadership for

one month following pilot release and was troubled by morale, turnover and

performance issues. Challenged to rebuild a top-performing team and create

GLOS product.

providing a state-of-the-art global e-logistics / supply chain
