network switch on the adaptor, identifying free cables, fabrication
of the mounting plate, electrical harness preparation, network
cable preparation, configuration of the network switch and
uplinking the subsystem network with the main network Switch.

Simulation of a Mobile Wireless user Terminal
. Simulation of a mobile wireless user terminal using Block Phase
Estimation in Matlab to emulate channel conditions occurring in
Wireless Networks for radio frequency signals. The performance of
the channel was carried out for Rician and Rayleigh Fading
conditions and the BER was calculated.
. As a part of the advanced wireless course, simulation of a mobile
wireless user terminal using space time block codes was carried
out.
Multimedia Processing
. Worked on AVS (Audio video standard of China) encoder and decoder
in visual C++ for mobile applications. Testing the software on
various QCIF and CIF sequences. Comparison with popular standards
like H.264 and JPEG Baseline.
. Implementation of key techniques like motion estimation, motion
compensation, transform, quantization, CA2DVLC, intra prediction
and inter prediction.
. Worked on AVS audio in visual C++. Currently working towards
obtaining lipsync between audio and video sequences.
